We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Of course things can come up, so out of respect for staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. Your time booked means blocking a spot another client could have.

Event Bookings
Cancellations have an immediate 10% fee for booking costs and loss of other work. For cancellations within seven days of your appointment date a 50% cancellation fee will apply. 24 hours or less cancellations are 100% of the total cost.

Wedding Bookings
If you cancel a wedding booking there is an immediate fee of 20% to cover the booking cost and loss of other business on that date. Cancellations within seven days, but with more than 24 hours notice you are required to pay 50% of the total cost. If you cancel a wedding booking with less than 24 hours notice, you are required to pay 100% of the total cost.
